A Bit About Gabrielle...
Well, hello there! They say real estate is all about location, location, location, but let me tell you, it's also about dedication, passion, and experience. I have a secret for you Mr. Buyer, Ms. Seller and Investor extraordinaire. You are the one everyone wants! Yep, YOU! “What do you mean?”
If you have’t noticed by the endless Real Estate Agent postcards mailed to you, the Real Estate Agent business cards left at hair salons, gym locker rooms, or endless social media posts; every agent wants you and wants your business!!!
So why do I say this on the ‘About Me’ page? Take a moment to peruse around and see if I am the right fit for you!
Growing up on Long Island, New York, I developed a love for real estate early on—but not just for the house itself. What truly fascinated me were markets, and how money, when positioned correctly, can make more money. That curiosity led me to study banking and finance at Hofstra University and later earn a degree in social science from Stony Brook University.
I began investing in real estate in the early 2000s, alongside owning successful businesses, and spent over a decade working in the legal field gaining firsthand experience in litigation and risk analysis. Today, I split my professional time between litigation investing and real estate investing.

What does that mean for you?

It means you’re working with someone who brings over 20 years of real-world professional experience, filled with both successes and failures. Those experiences shaped how I evaluate risk, identify opportunity, and make informed decisions. My goal is simple: to help position you in a better financial situation than the day before. At the core of every relationship I have is one guiding question:

“Will this home be an asset or a liability in achieving your goals?”

OF COURSE, I’ll help you picture where the furniture will go, question whether there’s enough storage for your collections, and talk through the good vibes you felt when you walked in. But behind the scenes, I’m always asking the bigger question: Will this $200,000 + purchase help you achieve your long-term goals—and how will the market over the next five years affect that outcome?

This is the difference between a real estate salesperson and a real estate advisor. This isn’t about one transaction—it’s about a lifetime relationship.

Just as important as what I am, is what I am not.
I will not glorify downplaying the real estate industry - I respect you and the field too much. I don't do showings and inspections in gym clothes. My attire signals respect for you, for your time, and for the seriousness of your home purchase or sale. If presentation didn’t matter, attorneys wouldn’t wear suits to court.

I will never make a joke of your property or your finances. I will not market or advertise your home in any way that insults you or diminishes its value. A several-hundred-thousand-dollar asset—regardless of condition—is never something to mock.

Lastly, I will not lie to you. I will not misrepresent my achievements, inflate years of experience, imply expertise in areas I don’t actively practice, or exaggerate production. And I will never use technology to deceive you into believing I am someone I am not.

If you’re looking for someone who treats your real estate decision like the serious financial move it is—who thinks beyond today, values professionalism, and tells you the truth —you’re in the right place. This isn’t about a quick sale. It’s about smart decisions, long-term outcomes, and having an advisor in your corner whether you are a first time buyer or an experienced investor!

If we seems like a match - reach out, I'd love to talk real estate with you!
