Listing your home is an important decision, and selecting a broker should be well-thought-out.  Rushing into a relationship with a broker could cost you dollars, time and unnecessary stress.  My top piece of advice for sellers is to INTERVIEW BROKERS!  Don't pick the 1st one, be sure you have the right one!
